Like the way the inside interacts with the enclosed garden space--very open from the living room area, and then more intimate views from, e.g. the study. and obviously we need some wisteria on that garden arbor!
Judy and I have figured out which chairs we are dibsing at the dining table. Just planning ahead!
Personally, I love the funny, cardboard-like vegetation. You could produce those for ladnscaping and make real money -- think zeroscaping without sacrificing the feel of some good shrubbery (coming in various shades of green with the odd yellow, rust, bronze, red one thrown in). Hose it down occasionally and you're good to go. And save the real gardening for your personal enclosed garden.
Landscaping; xeroscaping. Geez.
If you plan on waiting till we build a house like this one to visit, you might wait in vain. Our current table sits 8 comfortably ...
I can always throw in a few plastic flamingos to liven it up a bit.
